We want to inform you that a fellow patient living in Quebec has launched a petition to “Stop the OPQ and AQPP from imposing restrictions on drug payment cards”.  There has been confusion on these programs amongst pharmacists in Quebec that has resulted in some pharmacies in Quebec choosing to not honour patient choice cards, such as innoviCares.
